This figure originally came with a motorcycle, I got him off ebay without the motorcycle. Zone Fighter never rode a motorcycle. He's about 8 inches tall. He's in played with shape, lots of scratches. Ryuusei Ningen Zoon toys are hard to find.
This Zone Fighter figure was released by Konami in 2004. I found it on ebay in early 2006.
He's just over 4 inches tall. He'd be taller if he was standing up.
