King Cobra
The wicked King Cobra leads the evil Zensei Majin. The twin cobras on his shoulders fire explosive shells. King Cobra is essentially a coward who hides behing other Zensei Majin and when corned by Diamond Eye flees through a dimensional portal.
King Cobra takes on the human guise of Yuen Hoi Lung, a leader of the Hong Kong mob. In Japan he's known by the name Gen Kai Ryuu. (Lung is Catonese for dragon, Ryuu is Japanese for dragon.) King Cobra wishes to rule all of Asia. As Gen Kai Ryuu he implements "Operation Hurricane", a plan to use fake orginizations to rob corrupt and greedy government officals and business men. As part of this plan he takes on several other false indentities. "Operation Hurricane" is ultimately defeated by Rai, Kôtaru and Diamond Eye.
Roughly half way through the series King Cobra is critically wounded by Diamond Eye and has to turn over operations of his gang to his daughter, Princess Cobra, until his wounds heal. He then returns to face Diamond Eye in a final battle.
