King Ghidora

King Ghidora, the planet destroyer, was sent to Earth by hostile aliens, to destroy it. He traveled inside a meteor.

King Ghidora

In his first film Three Giant Monsters: The Earth's Greatest Decisive Battle [aka "Ghidrah The Three Headed Monster"], King Ghidora fought Gojira, Rodan and Mothra in larva form. In his second film War of The Monsters [aka "Godzilla vs. Monster Zero"], he fought Gojira and Rodan again.

King Ghidora

In his third film Destroy All Monsters, King Ghidora was ganged up on by Gojira, Minya, Rodan, larva Mothra, Angilas, Gorosaurus, and Baragon. I felt sorry for him. Minya even zapped him with radiactive smoke rings.

King Ghidora and Angilas

In his fourth film Earth Assault Order: Godzilla vs. Gigan [ aka "Godzilla vs. Gigan"], he joined the other planet destroyer, Gigan, in battling Gojira and Angilas.

Zone Fighter vs King Ghidora

King Ghidora was a guest daikaijuu in the 5th and 6th episodes of the television series Ryusei Ningen Zoon. King Ghidora was the only daikaijuu to survive batteling Zone Fighter.

King Ghidora

King Ghidora's most powerful weapon was the lightning like rays he could fire out of each of his three heads.

Gojira and King Ghidora

King Ghidora fought Gojira more than any other Daikaijuu. Although Three Giant Monsters: The Earth's Greatest Decisive Battle was shown four years after Destroy All Monsters and episodes five and six of Ryusei Ningen Zoon were aired a year after that, King Ghidora's last battle was actually shown in Destroy All Monsters which was set in the year 1999 (at the time 31 years in the future).
