Blue Electric Eel Accordion Arm

At the end of episode 31, Octopus Gold, losing to Kikaida transmits an SOS call to Blue Electric Eel. He arrives too late to help, but gives Kikaida a shock which causes Kikaida's left arm to fall off.

Blue Electric Eel was originally going to be Red Snake (as mentioned in episode 1).
