The Die Die Gang Army: introduced in episode 4

These masked soliders carry knives at all times and also arm themselves with various projectile weapons, most often crossbows, but also pistols, machine guns and the occasional flame flower. Some of the soldiers have the rank of "major". These soldiers were seen mostly in the first half of the series. For the most of the second half they were replaced by DAC.

Iquana was an Amazonian sorceress hired by Mr. K to use magic to kill Rainbowman. She created magical creatures and sent them after Rainbowman. Fudora throw daggers and spit magical needle like bolts. Garuma spit acid and fire.


Herodenia III Hedoron

Herodenia III was a magician who created the Hedoron, slow moving but deadly blobs.

Icelee was a cold monster, she tried to freeze Rainbowman. Geno-Bat could fly and throw small bombs. L-Banda generated lightning like bolts, he called Iquana "Momma". After all her other monsters were killed Iquana turned her black cat into the monster, Ghost Cat.


Malinda Norma

Malinda: episodes 22-24 (height: 162cm, weight 41kg)
Norma: episodes 22, 23 (height: 160cm, weight 40kg)

Malinda and Norma were assassins hired to kill Rainbowman. Malinda used a hand gun, Norma a machine gun.


Mogurard

Mogurard: introduced in episode 27

Mogurard was a machine which could travel underground.


Olga DAC

Olga: episodes 28, 29, 31, 32, 34-43, 45, 48
Demon Assault Corps (DAC): episodes 28-52

When Mr. K was in disguise he introduced Olga to Yamato, Takeshi as his daughter. Olga was played by Fujiyama Ritsuko (Miss Borg in Denjin Zaboga). Demon Assault Corps (DAC) was the Shine Shine Dan's elite corps. Their commander was as ruthless as Mr. K, when he caught two men sleeping on duty he shot them.


Pagora Lolita

Lolita: episodes 32, 35-40, 42, 43, 47

Pagora was an expirmental cyborg. Lolita was the last woman to join the Shine Shine Dan as an officer.


Dakkaa Air Force

Dakkaa Air Force: introduced in episode 33

Replaced Shine Shine Dan Fighter Plane Squadron. Dakkaa planes were resistant to Rainbowman Dash 5's lightning bolts.

Doctor Borg was the Shine Shine Dan's chief scientist (and a homicidal maniac). Cathy, Diana and Lolita were turned into cyborgs by Dr Borg. After they were all killed Olga turned herself into a cyborg seeking revenge against Rainbowman.


Master Sorceror Death's Head Man Praying Mantis Man

Praying Mantis Man: episodes 50 and 51 (height: 182cm, weight 78kg)

Mr. K hired Master Sorceror Death's Head Man to kill God Iquana. Praying Mantis Man was a combination human/insect cyborg created by Mr. K by accident (and probably worst looking monster in all of tokusatsu).


The Shine Shine Dan had 6 plans for destroying Japan:

1. Operation Cat's Eye:
attempted to drive the Japanese mad with a drug called "Cat's Eye" that would turn those who took it into killers. The plan was to have all the Japanese murder each other.

2. Operation M:
tried to destroy the Japanese economy with counterfeit money.

3. Operation Japan Annihilation:
Murdered people who supplied Japan with oil and destroyed oil tankers in an attempt to deprive Japan of oil.

4. Operation Japan Isolation:
murdered foreigners to give Japan a bad image.

5. Operation Cyborg Slave Corps:
tried to turn the people of Japan into cyborgs using a drug called "Borg Alpha".

6. Operation Tokyo Missile Attack
tried to detroy Tokyo with missiles.
